Peter Rowland Group is committed to serving the highest quality products made from a diverse list of ingredients that we source from our best seasonal suppliers. Given the wide selection of ingredients we use, we are unable to absolutely guarantee that any of our products are free from cross-contamination by potential allergens.
Peter Rowland Group is happy to answer any questions about the menu, the ingredients we use and dietary requirements.
LOW GLUTEN
Menu items designated with this symbol DO NOT contain gluten products in their recipe. They are prepared in a production kitchen in which gluten products are also manufactured and we therefore note that the menu item may contain gluten.
DAIRY FREE
Menu items designated with this symbol DO NOT contain dairy products in their recipe. They are prepared in a production kitchen in which dairy products are also manufactured and we therefore note that the menu item may contain dairy.
VEGETARIAN
Menu items designated with this symbol DO NOT contain meat products in their recipe. They are prepared in a production kitchen in which meat products are used in the manufacturing of other products and we therefore note that the menu item may contain meat and/or its products.
VEGAN
Menu items designated with this symbol DO NOT contain animal products in their recipe. They are prepared in a production kitchen in which animal products are used in the manufacturing other products and we therefore note that the menu item may contain dairy.
KOSHER CERTIFIED
Menu items designated with this symbol have been certified by a rabbinic Agency verifying they have checked the products ingredients, production facility and actual production to ensure all ingredients, derivatives, tools and machinery have no trace of non kosher substances.
KOSHER MEAT
Menu items designated with this symbol have been certified by a rabbinic Agency verifying they have checked the products ingredients, production facility and actual production to ensure all ingredients, derivatives, tools and machinery have no trace of non kosher substances. In addition, kosher species of meat and fowl have been slaughtered in a prescribed manner, and meat products have not be manufactured with and dairy.
KOSHER PAREVE
A pareve (neutral) product is made from inherently kosher or kosher certified ingredients that are neither meat, nor dairy. Some examples of pareve ingredients are raw fruits & vegetables, flour, sugar, kosher fish, and eggs. A pareve product can be used with meat or dairy products.
